Crazy Lady Eau de Parfum

Yes, it's "Crazy Lady", the eau de parfum that is not Lady Gaga Fame, just someone else's version of it. Indeed. The bottle is black, the fragrance is not. The scent is eerily similar and wears off even quicker.
